We can visit the Oltrarno, the left bank of the Arno river, the most typical and genuine part of Florence, where many craftsmen still have their workshops.
In Santo Spirito Square, a daily market with authentic Florentine farmers let you buy local vegetables and fruits before visiting Santo Spirito Church, a Renaissance building designed by Brunelleschi in the 15th century. After a stop in front of the massive Pitti Palace, the royal palace of the Medici Family, we will get lost along the narrow streets of Oltrarno heading to Piazzale Michelangelo, the panoramic terrace of Florence, walking through the Roses Garden, one of the most romantic place of our city.
Another suggestion is the Boat Ride on the Arno River with our renaioli at sunset. Surrounded by the golden light of the sunset, we admire the beauty of the Ponte Vecchio and the wonders of Florence, sailing along its river. After this ride, we can stroll in the city centre, admiring the highlights of the city: Signoria Square and the Cathedral Square, enjoying a glass of wine or a delicious gelato.
